Flea Fringe - We are pleased to announce that Mark Jennings will be presenting a talk on the first 70 years of the NHS entitled "Patients, Politicians & Plans" to take place at Wells Town Hall at 11.30am.
Mark has over 35 years experience as a senior manager and leader at all levels of the NHS. Roles he has held include Director of a major acute trust, National Programme Lead at the Department of Health, Programme Director at the NHS Institute, lead for a Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit review and Director of Healthcare Improvement at the King's Fund. He also has a special interest in the history of the NHS and the politics of healthcare.
