Jackie Weaver became a household name after Handforth Parish Council's December planning meeting descended into farcical chaos and became an internet hit!  Jackie is a full-time clerk for the Cheshire Association of Local Councils and will be "zooming" into Wells on Wednesday 24th March to talk about her role to answer your questions.
